Developing Enrepreneurship at European Level

The current socio-economic context proves the necessity of the entrepreneurship development,as being an efficient way of supporting the active measures of the labor market in order to create new jobs and to stimulate the economy. In a Europe where many young people are out of work or cannot even find a job after they have finished their education it is important for young people to search and find work in other European countries.

By working face to face with the students of the partner countries the students learned about different cultural backgrounds and enhance their intercultural competence. By being in the companies they overcome fears, learn about the differences and options they have in the other European countries. One very important aim is to encourage students to learn foreign languages and cooperate with people of different nationalities so that they are able to acquire intercultural and foreign language competence in a realistic learning and working environment.
