Folk Dance Fiesta – Summary of June 10

This afternoon, we visited Dumlupınar University with the open-top tour bus kindly provided by Kütahya Municipality.

We were warmly welcomed on campus by the International Relations Office and the Department of Health, Culture, and Sports (SKS).
At the Ahmet Yakupoğlu Cultural Center of the Faculty of Fine Arts, we watched captivating films introducing the university and the city of Kütahya.

 Following this, we held a project presentation seminar attended by university academics and students.
I delivered the introductory speech about our project, and then my dear friend Viktoria Heilman shared a thoughtful critique and reflection on the project.

Later, we were hosted at the SKS Office, where we enjoyed warm hospitality, refreshments, and were presented with meaningful small gifts.
