FROM SLOVAKIA TO KÜTAHYA: REFLECTING, SHARING AND MOVING FORWARD
Slovakya’daki “Mind Your Own Business” Erasmus+ projemizin ardından, proje ekibimizle Kütahya’da yeniden bir araya geldik.
Toplantımızda, proje sürecimizi birlikte değerlendirerek proje kritiği yaptık; neleri öğrendiğimizi, hangi deneyimleri kazandığımızı ve gelecekteki çalışmalarımıza neleri aktarabileceğimizi konuştuk.
Ayrıca özellikle dissemination (yaygınlaştırma) faaliyetlerinde kullanılabilecek fotoğraf, video ve diğer proje çıktılarının nasıl değerlendirilebileceği konusunda ekip arkadaşlarımızla fikir alışverişinde bulunduk.
Toplantımızın bir diğer önemli gündemi ise seyahat masraflarının reimbursement (geri ödeme) süreciydi. Katılımcılarımıza süreç hakkında gerekli bilgilendirmeleri yaparak, belgelerin hazırlanması ve takip edilmesi konusunda yol haritamızı netleştirdik.
Bizim için Erasmus+ yalnızca bir haftalık bir hareketlilik değil; hareketlilik sonrasında da devam eden bir öğrenme, paylaşma ve gelişim süreci.
Slovakya’da başlayan deneyimimizi Kütahya’da değerlendirmeye, paylaşmaya ve yeni projelere dönüştürmeye devam ediyoruz.

Following our “Mind Your Own Business” Erasmus+ project in Slovakia, we brought our project team together again in Kütahya.
During our meeting, we conducted a project evaluation and reflection, discussing what we learned, the experiences we gained, and how we can transfer these lessons into our future activities and projects.
We also focused on dissemination activities, sharing ideas with our team about how photos, videos and other materials from the project can be effectively used to communicate and multiply the impact of our Erasmus+ experience.
Another important topic was the reimbursement of travel expenses. We informed our participants about the reimbursement process, the required documents and the steps they need to follow.
For us, Erasmus+ is not simply about travelling to another country for a week. The real impact continues after we return home through reflection, sharing, learning and taking action.
The experience that started in Slovakia continues in Kütahya, and we will keep turning what we learned into new ideas, new projects and new opportunities for young people.
